Details of services offered: Jon White works down the road at the Wyastone Business Park as a Chartered Architectural Technologist within the Architectural Team. Jon moved into Llangrove at the beginning of 2018 with his wife Emma and two young children who attend Llangrove Primary and Monmouth Comprehensive Schools.
We provide a full range of Architectural services on a wide array of projects from extensions, renovations, remodelling, barn conversions, 1 off new houses through to small scale housing developments. We offer services to assist with obtaining Planning Consent, Listed Building Consent, Building Regulations approval and Party Wall matters. We can also undertake the Contract Administration role (under JCT Contracts) and assist with obtaining costs from Main Contractors.
We are members of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
We have a small team based at Wyastone and other staff are located in our Gloucestershire Practice in Alyburton.
